While the merchant was out-of-stock, of the item I wanted, a very nice customer service representative representative called me and said they had a very similar product in stock, which sold for a higher price, but, under the circumstances, they would sell the item to me, for the same price as the item, which was out-of stock. She showed me, on their internet web page, how I could view the item, to see if I would like it, before I committed to it. The item arrived promptly and was in excellent shape. It was also the same as shown, on the internet web page. To me, this is excellent customer service, which is rare, these days. I give this merchant my highest rating, recommend them highly to others, and certainly would use them again myself.

I do the majority of my personal and business purchasing online and am always looking for the "Best vendor out there". When it comes to purchasing medical supply hardware....I FOUND IT!!! They had everything i needed in stock, my purchase was confirmed immediately by email, and then again by phone the following morning. On this occasion I desperately needed the items ASAP and as luck would have it, it was also a holiday weekend :( I was given several shipping options from which to choose and accurate to-the-minute shipping quotes per my option as well as time lines that were verified with the delivery company while i was on the phone...and she called ME.. I got the hardware exactly when promised for the exact price I was quoted!

I would have graded the purchase as excellent across the board except both of the items purchased had a flaw in the powder coating paint that can be seen with the product installed. The wait to replace the items would have been too long to replace the products so I decided to keep the products. Had I purchased the items off the shelf from a local merchant, I would not have accepted the flaws.

I was in need of an inexpensive IV pole for personal use, and I searched several websites and found the product that I was looking for at a much lower price than compared to others. Their website was very easy to navigate and I was able to make my purchase in just a few minutes. I was quickly sent an automated email about my purchase, about a day or so later I received another email with the tracking information, I was able to track the actual delivery time within a few hours of when my package did arrive at my home, and was able to be at home when it came. Im happy with the product and it is just what I needed, and is perfect for my needs. Again I purchased this for home use, and this product may not be appropriate for professional use (i.e. a doctors office or hospital). I know that they do carry much more expensive items for professional use and Im sure that they of a much higher quality. I was happy with my purchase and the merchant. Thank you! Curtain track products are great and shipped quickly. Good forewarning about the shipping charges for the track itself - buy at least one more stick than you need, just in case...better to have an extra than to buy one more & pay twice as much to ship it. Website is a bit lacking on track design - like how much allowance to leave for snap-in endcaps etc. The planner is just a list of parts that you can buy, not a practical method to layout your track design. That probably necessitates a 2nd parts buy for most people. Otherwise excellent products & service.
*Merchant Note: David it sounds as if you found the order sheet for the curtain track. There is also a curtain track help page that details what each piece is used for. Granted there are not engineering specs on each part and we are constantly striving to improve the product information.

I recently ordered a playing card holder for a handicapped person, and also a grab bar to put on the wall, to assist this person with getting in and out of bed. The shipping cost was a bit high, but it did come by Fedex, and I received the card holder in 2 days. The grab bar was back ordered, but it came within the next week. I received confirmation e mails when the items were ordered, etc. The items were of very good quality. I will definitely order from them again, and would recommend them to friends.

I ordered a product online and asked for a 2-day air delivery (as I needed the wheelchair for my family member urgently). A few minutes after my purchase I received a call from Medical Products Direct saying they would be able to ship the wheelchair in two days since it was in stock and therefore I would not be charged the 2-day air delivery charge! I was completely shocked that there is a company out there who puts the customers needs first!!!!! THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!
