We sell a large selection of medical related items, supplies and equipment. We carry many specialty lines of products, some that are very hard to find. A large portion of our products ship directly from our vendors to your front door. This is commonly referred to as "drop-shipping" and it allows us to offer the best prices possible to our customers. It saves the cost of shipping it to our warehouse, cost of inventory and that savings is passed on to our customers in the form of lower overall prices. This is becoming the standard method of doing business in this day and age. Most of our vendors have streamlined their shipping operations to accommodate drop shipping. An order placed with us during business hours is usually processed and in the shippers hands within minutes and over 90% of our orders are shipped the same day we receive them. However a few of our items such as the stainless steel grab bars, hospital curtains and the PVC shower chair product lines are custom made to order and have a build time before they can be shipped.
